What is the box? It is a sport or is it just wild show where 2 people were beaten senseless?


The box from Roman times was built as a spectacle, because in those times, the fights were entertaining the crowd, causing people to have an entertainment which could distract from the current situation.

Today, boxing is considered a sport, an adaptation of the Romans to our times, in a civilized manner. Boxing is a contest for 2 people, which through protective gloves and using a guard for teeth, beating his face in a ring. This sport is mediated by a referee who is in charge of the enforcement of rules, in addition to the referee, there are judges who are scoring points, according to the types of fighters exchange blows, so that in the case of Technical Knockout that has not be able to resolve the fight with the points.

HELLO SEAHORSE!

HELLO SEAHORSE! Is a Rock Alternative Pop Band born in Mexico City in 2005. The band is integrated by four great’s musicians, Lo Blondo, Oro de neta, Bonnz and Joe. (Integrated in 2009)

Two of them are from Tijuana, (Oro de neta and Bonnz) where they started they music career, but, looking for a good vocalist they had to travel to DF where they found Denise (lo blondo).

Immediately they felt the connation an began HELLO SEAHORSE! Recorded they first Album with and independent label  called Mun. They first Album was called “And the jellyfish Parade in 2006 and two years later recorded they second Album… “hoy a las 8”.

They started to be famous for they originally music, never heard before in Mexico, and they pass to play their music in  little’s concerts in DF to be invented to two of greats indie music concerts in USA, Festival MX Beat and South By Southwest in Austin Texas.

After these two big concerts, they back to work in their new album (Bestia 2009).Whit this new Album they became very popular in other states of Mexico, DF, Monterrey and Guadalajara mainly.

They lyrics in most songs seem don’t have any sense, but that’s the key to be so greats, how the mix that lyrics, the new Keyboards sounds, the basic Drum and Bass, and the harmony ´guitar produced and incredible relaxing music.

They just release their last Album called “Lejos, No tan Lejos” and the get the top of their career so far.

HELLO SEAHORSE has share stage with other great’s band as:  Austin Tv and Beastie Boys,

HELLO SEAHORSE! Has to long way to go yet, they have too much to learn, but so far, they had done a excellent job.

Currently they are on a big Tour, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Campeche and Monterrey.

Mexican teenagers spend a lot of time on the computer on internet, they do not do homework and they listen reggaeton music and they go out with friends they go to the movies.

Technology

I think that guys use their computers to chat and they do not use it appropriately, kids have a mobile phone pretty trendy and they have psp.

Fashion

At school, almost all Mexican teenagers do not use school uniform, a lot of guys use designer labels like Nike, Adidas, Abercrombie and Fitch, etc.

Obesity in Mexico

Obesity in Mexico is a big problem because a lot of people every day gain weight and eat junk food, after this transformed in obesity.

Mexico is a second country with problem of obesity because 71% Mexican women and 66% of Mexican men are considered overweight, to solve obesity children, the president of Mexico forbidden fast food in the elementary school and is an obligation do exercises.

What causes obesity and overweight?

The fundamental cause of obesity and overweight is an energy imbalance between calories consumed on one hand, and calories spent on the other hand.

Overweight and obesity lead serious health consequences:

-       Cardiovascular disease

-       Diabetes

-       Some cancers

And remember you are what you eat.

My last vacation

Hey!  I hope that you are fine, I am happy to hear that you are going with me the next vacation. The last vacation I went to Cancun, I am so amazed because it is a beautiful place, I went with my cousin and his friend, but it is not equal if you had gone, because you know that you are my best friend so I have much fun with you.

I met wonderful people they are funny and nice. Charlie, my cousin found a girlfriend, the girl is 23 years old, she is cool but  they broke their relationship because only this was on vacation. We enjoyed all clubs, they always were full, it had people of all the world.

Cancun is a touristic city, it have many beaches, and places to visit, the city is a little expensive but I am sure that you pay for stand there and I will pay again for stand my vacation on Cancun. The malls are full of clothes and high shoes, you will become crazy.

That’s was all my vacation. Now, I am ready to start my university and I have a lot of homework to do. I hope see you soon and I will wait your letter back.

STEP UP MOVIE

Tyler was dance with, the girlfriend of PJ, and PJ said him that she was his girl and they started to fight, after Mac, Skinny and Tyler went to a school at night and they broke many things and the police saw them but only the police arrested Tyler because, Mac and Skinny escaped. Tyler went to the judge and the judge tells him that he must be to do 200 hrs. of community service. Then he went to Arts school to comply with the service and the mop was taken by him so the floor has being cleaned. While he did his work, the audition for a new dancer that is going to dance with Nora and Tyler will be the new dancer, after they were practice… After they had some problems but at the end they dance pretty well.
